[Public-List] steel mast collar

I’ve been sailing on a friend’s Pearson Triton for many years (it’s  
basically a smaller A30).  At the base of the mast there is a steel  
collar that has cut outs around its outer periphery that are used to  
shackle blocks that are, in turn, used to route lines toward the  
cockpit through other blocks and stoppers.  I’d like to go that route  
with my A30 and I wonder if anyone has one of these collars and if  
they are commercially available?
