[Public-List] manual bilge pump placement

On #220 (circa 1967) the original bilge pump was mounted
in the STBD sail locker. The suction hose snaked down into
the bilge, but the exhaust side was just a hose that was
pulled out of the locker every time it was used. From your
description, that hole on the port side was the vent (and
mount) for the bilge blower. It vented into the cockpit.
the original bilge pump wasn't a whale, but the type that
was a tube with a push/pull rod that had a leather on the
other end, if you follow. The whale gusher is a big
improvement.
