[Public-List] Mast Heads for Rachel and Albergs

I've seen a photo of the previously ordered new mastheads.  They did 
have provision for a spinnaker halyard as I remember it (a crane).

I don't believe there are any sheaves on the masthead (at least my main 
halyard sheave is a few inches below the masthead, inside the mast).
