Thank you very much for that information! Perhaps the aluminum sheave
shown on the website was a replacement, or maybe the later boats were
different in that area.
My mast is on a rack right now, so I would have it easy in that regard.
I think I know what you mean by the "cheek pieces" -- that must be
those flat metal (can't remember right now if they were aluminum or
stainless) "sides" that surround the sheave.
Ed at Zephyr apparently still has the specs, as he was saying that if
it was the same size as what he has on file, he could make one up
without trouble.
