[Public-List] manual bilge pump placement

Hi there - 

Yes - the Whale Gusher 10 was there, with a through-deck mounting kit.  Ours
in SURPRISE #426 is mounted that way.  Our boat still has her A4 engine; its
exhaust follows close to the port longitudinal cockpit bulkhead high up.  It
passes inboard of the pump, which is mounted so that the immovable cast body
is inboard and the diaphram is outboard, so free to move.
