Ed-
I have a whale gusher pump mounted in the port cockpit locker location
as discussed. My exhaust runs out through the center transverse
bulkhead that forms the aft end of the engine compartment/forward end
of lazarette.
Not sure where on the Chesapeake you are located, but my boat is at
the inner harbor marine center in Baltimore and I live aboard so I am
there almost every day. You are welcome to come by any time and look
at my setup. I will be moving the boat back to Annapolis in April but
until then she is at the dock in Baltimore.
e-mail me off list if you want to set up a meeting. I have a pretty
busy schedule between work and school. A weekday evening would be the
best time for me. Matter of fact, a really good time would be March 11
when we have scheduled a racing happy hour at the marina restaurant
(The Rusty Scupper), and for which you would be welcome to join us,
even if you don't plan on doing any racing.
