[Public-List] Rudder Twist

The NC Mariners' Museum in Beaufort, NC was given an A30 with the 
twisted rudder post problem as described. They re-manufactured the 
tiller with an offset to accommodate the twist. Even tho this was a 
temporary fix it still would be better to repair the rudder/tiller in a 
less jury-rigged fashion before any offshore work is considered
