Thanks for the thoughts on thru-hull sizes.  Roger I will be interested to know how you go with the o-ring idea.  Hopefully you can let us know how you go.

On another note, I have a pushpit, pullpit, stanchions and lifelines if anyone wants them.  Hopefully someone can make use of them.  I have built new ones for mine.
