to give us a great lecture is actually Mike Neipris masquerading as

I don't know this fellow apart from seeing him do a talk at a sailing
ship
operator's convention during which he described in great detail how he'd
done my job on the film Master and Commander.  I introduced myself to
him
after; he went pale.

I noticed this morning that he had removed his M&C claim from his rack
of
film credits but still has pictures from the project in his photo album.

I'd guess what that means is keep your eyes open and get a firm deal
before
committing anything!
