[Public-List] Mast step - mast base "goop"

Dennis,

I don't know about the goop on the step.  however, Please! Please!!  
PLEASE!!!!!! put anti-seize on the four bolts. It will serve 2  
purposes.  first it will aloow you to remove the bolts at a later date  
and it will act as an insulator between the Aluminum and the Stainless  
fasteners.
