[Public-List] Loose-footed mainsail

A loose-footed main is specifically NOT allowed in the Chesapeake Bay Alberg Association one-design rules.

I don't have class rules handy, but I am not sure a loose foot is
allowed by the A30 class rules. I would check, if that matters to you.
