I just bought new LED running lights in the net and found some that were
pretty reasonable.  I'll see if I can find the source and get back.

They sure do want a lot of money for an LED light.

I have installed an AQUA-SIGNAL, Series 25 on the Stern pulpit and snaked
the wires trough the pulpit and through the deck at a stancion base, making
sure to seal the hole really well. The light is cheap (under $30) and meets
the requirement although it is not LED.
