there was a time when I would look at boats sailing and be amazed that  
you could travel in such a way, I had no idea that the root of the  
complexity would lie at the foul smelling beasts used to get off the  
dock.  In hindsight the part of how to get the big blankets tied to  
the big stick to work seems like the easiest task on earth compared to  
turning the key and having the motor do what it is supposed to.
