Don; what mechanical advantage did you use on the outhaul, within or outside the boom?

I raced PHRF with my loose foot main.  When I ordered the main I asked our
handicapper this very question his responce was thst it is alowed.  You
are right about the outhaul inside the boom this where mine is located.
The adjustment line exits under the boom at the mast and is led aft to the
cockpit. I did not request full battons when I ordered the sail and this
was a regret.  I did have full batterns installed but the slides are
uneven that causes the sail to lay wroung on the boom.
