[Public-List] Bilge Pump - Rain leaks

That's an easy one -
The access port (that bid disk) leaks - remove and rebed. Also the 
scuppers leak - remove and rebed. These take about 20 minutes to 1/2 hr 
to do ... easy...

Also - if you have an older hull - watchout for the thru deck screws on 
the toe rail they can leak too - esp as they get older.
