[Public-List] One more maintenance question - interior wood

The interior wood on my early style boat was oiled, but is now pretty much naked & streaked from cleaning the boat with bleach.  The bulkheads are lighter colored than the drawer fronts and the surrounds on the cabinets over the settees.  Does anyone still oil this wood or have you all gone to varnish/polyuerethane (or paint)?  Do you stain it or use clear oil or varnish?
