Very funny Gord!  My wife and family will contest that I am a truly awful
speller.  They joke that I am lucky to have a three letter last name.  Thank
you for the answer to my question.  That is good news. I will just
re-inspect the dreaded "Grudgeon" and check it again next season.  Next, I
will take off the shoe and inspect the pin.  Do you have to support the
rudder with a block or something when you take of the shoe?
