[Public-List] Spreader Brackets

Hi there - 

Theoretically the angle of the spreader at the tip at the shroud should be
as close to identical above and below.  The angle at the mast does not
matter, although generally speaking getting close to the correct angle at
the shroud results in the tips of the spreaders being higher than the butts.
