i have a classic sloop here for sale...needs nothing but a holding tank(which i 
have) for the toilet...everything is original except for new main &  jib sails, 
rigging, radio, depth finder & speed indicator...all wood top side was sanded & 
varnished last summer..cabin teak is beautiful as well...atomic 4 runs perfect & 
made the journey up the conn. river from new london to portland last fall where 
she is now on the hard...must see to appreciate...you will not find another 
unrestored survior in this condition ...asking $15000. but will consider other
