[Public-List] Waste holding tanks

I think that they originally use a product called dolphinite...not sure. But 
on the boat I am working on #655 that is what they used. It's gray and 
hardens over time and looses its seal

I have no idea what's being used to caulk it, but it's certainly sticky
enough (many a winter evening, I'd gone to flush the head, not knowing
that the tank was full, and have it bulge out like the bloated dog
carcasses that I see float by from time to time, and the thing never
leaked before I saw fit to replace it). Maybe I'll have a chance this
weekend to ask Pete or Klaus if either of them were responsible for that
change (and if so, what glue they used).
