I just finished building a new table to the same dimensions of the original. 
It is 32" x 25". I used 3/4" teak plywood (single sided) with solid wood 
fiddles and rounded corners. I finished the table with 5 coats of 
polyurethane so there is no fear of setting a cold beer directly on the 
table. For the corners and fiddles I used:
