[Public-List] Alberg 30 rudder question?

I think probably your friend is more concerned about the shoe,
gudgeon/pintle, and the fitting that attaches the tiller to the rudder
stock.
These are all addressable if worn, some more than others, but then, I've
always wanted to try my hand at bronze casting, lost wax method <G>.
