[Public-List] Genoa foot length question

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking at a used headsail with a 33' luff and a 19.9' foot.

I know class rules specify 19' foot.  Will 19.9' work? I'm looking at this
for a cruising sail.

I've got a pre-liner boat with the one set of winches.
