[Public-List] Water pump One more thing

Thanks Jim both for the advice and also for the hope that the pump might be
the solution.   I'm resolved to deal with the shaft seal if that is the
problem, but I'll try re-doing the pump first.  And I did purchase the long
bolt for the bottom position.  It was worth every penny.
