I looked at the website and can see no restrictions, but if I am violating
protocol, please let me know and I will desist.  Having taken ownership of
an Alberg 30 (#156) I now have one sailboat too many, and would like to sell
my fully restored Alberg-designed Pearson Ensign, located in St. Mary's
City, MD.  She was professionally restored to like-new condition in 2003 and
has been kept under cover on a lift when not being sailed. Two sets of sails
- Main (2008), Genoa (2006), Spinnaker (2007), seldom used No. 2 Jib ,
back-up Main, Genoa, and Spin. Harken winches and traveler, speedometer and
racing timer. Nissan 3 ½ horsepower long shaft outboard. Photos and more
