[Public-List] Subjective question - Approximate value

I know that this is a very subjective question, but I have my eyes on a 
larger motorsailer and would need to sell my boat if I decide to move 
up.  I have owned hull #134 for 13 seasons and she has only been in 
freshwater. She has also had inside winter storage for most of her 45+ 
years.

Anyway, Mike, or Crufone on this list has seen and sailed my boat and 
indicated that he would rate her among the better condition of most 
older Albergs he had looked at.

Anyway, boat is good condition. Pretty standard.  No major 
modifications. Newer sails, Profurl, Grey Marine Sea Scout. Sitka spruce 
boom.

She is lying in the North Channel and I would accept either US or 
Canadian dollars. I see asking prices all over the map. Can I get some 
opinions on what would be a fair price to ask/sell?
