Ed,
i have Freya, #115, I began with the best of intentions to do a complete
and thorough refit. The boat was given o me, afloat and in the water pier
side here on the Chesapeake Bay. I hauled her and put her into my shop. We
completely gutted the hull with exception of the forward bulkhead and the
after bulkhead. Then proceeded to grind completely the interior of the
hull. I have re-glassed the the centerline from the water tank to the stern
post. Installed new engine bed and stern tube. But alas my time, energy, and
interest has wained and I would like to find an Alberg at least mostly ready
to go. The rig for Freya is complete and the boom has been Awlgriped white.
If you or anyone you know is interested in a boat in this stage of refit I
would be happy to make some kind of a deal. The hull is in perfect shape the
decks are also sound with no delamination. No bistering at all on the hull.
