[Public-List] hauling an Alberg 30 (Permit or no permit?)

Believe it or not Peter, This actually did cross my mind.

My  solution will be to remove my mast along with the Alberg 30 pennant 
so my boat won't be readily recognized to the many D.O.T'ers lurking on 
the list.
