[Public-List] Pre-liner water tank cover leaking

Thanks Roger,

I like the idea of the backing plate. Gord, thanks for mentioning the
two-halves.  I can picture myself holding a nicely cut ring and
wondering how I would get it through the hole. I guess I could add a
ring to the outside if I have the clearance.

If I glued the backing ring on the top, I could drill shallow holes
and epoxy a nut in each hole, then use machine screws. Or, imbed a
machine screw with the treads up..but might be difficult to lock the
screw in place.
