[Public-List] Hull thickness question

Well Peter you are forcing me to admit that I have a leak problem at the
hull to deck joint.... I've tried everything short of removing the toe
rails, epoxy/clothing the joint, then rebedding a new rail on. I know
that's what I need to do but haven't been able to face it yet. I had to
try the easy routes first but of course they didn't work.
