[Public-List] rudder shoe

I used a lot of 5200 when I re-seated my rudder shoe... just to be on the
safe side.

Removed the rudder shoe to check on the pin and shoe..I was surprised at
how easy it came off after the screws and bolt were removed..
  Has anyone that has removed this used 5200 when replacing it or just put
it back and fair it in..Once I start cruising again we will probably be
checking this every 3 years or so...
