[Public-List] Atomic IV making strange noise

I suspect that the auxillery drive gear assembly has dry bushings, this
assembly is oiled through oil splashing from the crank and is drained
through a small hole drilled in the casting.  Moyer Marine has a fix to
this by sealing the current hole and drilling a new one higher up so oil
is retained in the housing.
