[Public-List] Early model running light question

The contact assembly should just push out-basically with an ice pick from in
the cabin. New ones are available, but the heavy chrome over brass fitting
is not. They are Perko. The replacements I have seen are cheap looking
stamped SS.
I was interested in lower electrical draw, and LED bulbs would not fit into
the space available, hence the hardwired pigtail option.
I guess you should also be aware the side mounted lights do not comply with
visibility requirements, especially when power sailing. The relatively
higher bow, and the foresail, blocks visibility.
