PS - For those who like traditional, well maintained yachts I came across
this boat http://www.pagetraditionalboats.com/burma.htm which I think is
absolutely gorgeous.  Except for the price, my idea of a wonderful
retirement boat.  Can't help but think she should be a ketch though.
