[Public-List] remove galley counter top /insulate icebox?

I did the same, for no better reason than that I wanted to avoid disturbing
the cabinetry surrounding the box.   I put 2" of blue foam against the
bulkhead the icebox shares with the engine compartment, 1" of foam on the
sides and top.

I haven't yet put anything on the bottom because I've noticed that if I did,
I wouldn't be able to place the three blocks of ice that currently fit under
the fixed tray/shelf.
