[Public-List] remove galley counter top /insulate icebox?

Bob,

I added insulation to my ice box by adding it to the inside.  That is, I
sacrificed some ice box volume for insulation and the "ease" of doing it
this way.

We can still keep a BUNCH of stuff in there and plenty of ice.  Seems to
work for us (family of four that lived aboard for three years).
