[Public-List] looking for new companion way hatch boards

hi Brian, I just made up a set of boards by gluing up 2 pieces of 3/8  teak plywood instead of the hardwood frame style.  
  
This gives a nice matched vertical  grain look outside and horizontal grain inside.   also cut a port hole in the top board to see out.  can send  my dimensions and a sketch if you like.

PS the vertical hatch slider opening is 1/2" and the boards with 7 coats of varnish didn't slide! So am modifying the ends by adding 11/16 " vertical teak hardwood on the ends.  a nuisance but necessary to get em to slide up and down.
