Visited your blog and know that there are hundreds of sailing blogs out 
there, but this couple out of Chicago seem about a year ahead of you. 
They have excellent documentation of a re-fit and had a timeline about 
the same as yours last year. Only difference is they choose a Hallberg 
Rassy Rasmus 35 for a boat.
