[Public-List] replacement fuel tank

Hi all,

Thinking of replacing the fuel tank on Mermaid #305.  It is mounted in the 
starboard locker and may well be the original metal tank.  It is a rather flat 
metal tank set on a wooden mount and holds about 12-15 gallons of fuel.  Are 
there standard tanks that fit into this area on Albergs and are SS or hard 
plastic best?  If not standard fits, who could make a custom fit tank?  I will 
probably remove the tank when it comes out of the water this fall and can get 
measurements and placement of fittings then. Any info would certainly be 
appreciated.
