I don't do much different. I plan maneuvers out a bit more, drop sail sooner when approaching a raft up, pre-prepare rafting lines on the cleats, and allow more time for everything. The autopilot is essential for me, steering the boat while I tend to other things.

That can be a big problem. Sometimes the best seems to be getting one line somewhere and the warping the boat into position. I'm currently thinking about adding rub rails.

I raise and lower the main at the mast. I've rigged lazyjacks and the contain the sail until I have time to tidy up. 

I don't have roller furling, but do rig a down haul tied to the top jib hank and led to the cockpit. With the downhaul and sheet pulled tight, the jib stays under control.

I've never flown the spinnaker singlehanded.
