[Public-List] EasyKick ?

Is anyone on list familiar with an EASYKICK.   I would like to know how it is supposed to work and how to service it.This one has a single 1/4" line coming out of the bottom of it and lead back to the cockpit but no matter how hard I pull on it, nothing gives and the telescopic section is un-moving.
