FYI, Just ordered a new tiller head assembly from Edson. Pricey, but they were willing to sell one without the keyway cut. The catch is, they don't always have them on hand un-cut. A local machine shop has made an estimate of $65 to cut the keyway to my spec. Hope this helps. Good luck. Charles #221
