I was just about to order one from Edson but after reading Ed's experience
I do not think I will. I would rather have the Spartan assembly and pay a
shop to cut a new key way as someone else has done. The Spartan sure is
pretty and it appears to be heavy duty without a doubt. I talked to Paul at
Spartan and asked about a custom. He could do it but it would cost about
$275 extra but would take about 6 months. Something about changing his jig
setup after his current stock of head blanks is gone and he orders new ones.
