[Public-List] looking for qualitative bias

does anyone have experience with Rustoleum Topside Marine Paints?
...which are oil based

They're alot cheaper than other marine paints, easier to apply and easier
to touch up...so: how do they stack up against urethanes and epoxies?  I
used a high quality oil based paint to repaint the liner downbelow in the
Alberg and loved the results that held up very well.  How will it stand up
topside in heavy-use areas and is occational touch-up a viable option?

also welcome any feedback on water based bottom paints
