[Public-List] inner staysl shown on original Whitby Brochure??

Hello all, 


haha, just now looked closely at the original A-30 brochure that came with Dolce (7 years buried in my filing cabinet). 


I see what appears to be a deck sweeping inner staysail drawn on the sail plan (L:19.0', Foot: 14.0', leach 21.0'). Tacks to the deck a foot or two aft the stem head, and clew sweeps right down to side deck bisecting the forward main cabin window. The head is hoisted by the toping lift halyard mounted on the mast maybe 4' above the spreaders... 


Can anybody comment on what this sail is designed for?? The sail is clearly not a storm jyb, but I wonder if this position could be used to hoist a storm jyb? or is this only a light air lapper??? If this is supposed to be a light air sail, what weight sail cloth might be most appropriate these days?
