[Public-List] inner staysl shown on original Whitby Brochure??

When I had my 30 I asked North about the Spin staysl on the A30's sailplan.
They said, don't use it - the deck is unsupported and sooner or later you'll
keep it up for too long, go over a wave and pop the deck.
As for affixing a storm jib, double forget about it unless you plan to do
some reengineering.
As for the MGB Gord, sweet, though I prefer the Healy 3000 III or the XK
150 - just a personal thing.
But the Miata is proof that a sports car can be made practical & reliable
and handle well - pity it took the Japanese to figure it out for us ; )
Wonder what Mazda could do with a reissue/reliable 3000 or XK.
That would be something to behold.
