yes. it was spartan marine.
james baldwin actually ordered it and put it on my boat, he tells me they don't have an alberg 30 specific model, but you find one that fits the 1 inch shaft (mine is 1 inch, yours is too probably but measure)
the one spartan marine sells has the key slot on the opposite side, so you have to get a machine shop to cut another one (cost me about $35 i think)
kind of a pain, but the tiller is certainly industrial strength.
my total cost was about $250 for the tiller head assembly.
