[Public-List] Line Hangers

Here are some line hangers I made myself, just because I'm a cheapskate and
like wood better than plastic. The shock cord gets knotted together and the
knot lives in the counterbore in the back of the mahogany cleat. The cleats
screw to another piece of mahogany, then I screwed through into that board
from the cockpit side with oval head SS screws with finish washers.
