I said it. To George Dinwiddie. Also--"adhere to the KISS principle;
keep it simple, stupid." Perhaps it is just that I wish that I had said so.
George's efforts in these matters obviously meet most of the
requirements of most of the members and owners. Change is inevitable,
but it troubles me that it might be true that George must spend more
time defending and explaining his volunteer efforts than acknowledging
thanks received for those efforts.
