Hey Kirk and all on the list, 

FYI,  Ben  Wells, a SF Bay area sailor did a circumnavigation in the early 80's - roughly same time as Yves- aboard an Alberg 29, something of a sister ship to the A30.

Tis the fellow I was referring to...
